Responsibility

A family-owned company with great foresight and a strong sense of responsibility

RIDI Group is currently made up of over 600 employees in different departments across Europe. RIDI has always been a medium-sized family-owned company, and for that reason, it has always felt a strong sense of responsibility to its employees.

As a leading employer in southwest Germany, its management has made proximity to its employees one of the company's most important goals. It has created an environment in which all employees get the same opportunities, irrespective of their background, age or gender.

It makes this sense of social responsibility a reality by providing employees with excellent working conditions, flexible working hours in many departments, an occupational health service with free offers, healthy food in the canteen, and recreational and sport-related offers from different groups. A 'health bonus' in the form of tax-free benefits in kind, bonus payments, incentives and many other options are available.

The RIDI company wants employees to feel good and enjoy going to work. The door is always open to employees who want to voice their concerns or chat with their supervisors, or even the company management.

Further training

The RIDI Campus was established in 2019 in order to satisfy the company's objectives of boosting employees' motivation and providing further training. Different offers will be put together in the future to expand employee's knowledge, promote training, and in doing so, secure jobs and the next generation of workers.

Sustainability

Demonstrating a sense of responsibility for the environment, sustainability and manufacturing products in an energy-efficient way, as well as developing sustainable products, are top priorities at RIDI Group.

The nearby BEK Killertal GmbH has been supplying energy from a biomass heating plant directly connected to the company premises to the headquarters in Jungingen since 2011. In doing so, we have managed to make a major and valuable contribution to reducing CO2 consumption and thus support climate protection.
